Experienced Outside Sales Representative for Kalamazoo, MI and surrounding area.

As an Outside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, targeting contractors in the new construction industry, all while developing the company's existing customer base. Sales territory would be a 2 hour radius from Kalamazoo, MI with main focus on Kalamazoo, MI.

We will invest in you with training, resources, and guidance along the way!

A successful Outside Sales Rep candidate must be career focused, resourceful, determined, and have a desire to learn the flooring industry.

• High School diploma. A college degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of outside sales experience with sales growth history.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with management and customers.

• Prior industrial/commercial flooring experience is a PLUS!!

Remote- outside sales in Kalamazoo, MI with ability to commute if needed to company physical location in Angola, IN.

We install Urethane & Epoxy coatings on residential and industrial floors.
