Pharmacy Sales Representative - Long Term Care

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing new business? We are looking for an energetic LTC Sales Representative with experience selling to long term care facilities in Northern and Western Michigan to help grow our long-term care pharmacy division.

• Is confident speaking with healthcare leaders and decision-makers
• Enjoys creating sales strategies, tools, and marketing approaches

• Develop new business and secure LTC pharmacy accounts
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients
• Set and execute annual sales goals alongside leadership
• Represent the pharmacy at trade shows and industry events
• Create, plan, and implement marketing and outreach strategies
• Be the professional, enthusiastic “face” of our pharmacy

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 5+ years of sales experience (healthcare/LTC preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with CRM systems, reports, and presentations
• Creative, persistent, and results-driven
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
