Counter Sales Clerk at Young Supply Company

Responsibilities and duties include direct customer contact and supporting sales activities.

• Greet customers, determine the customer’s needs, describe merchandise to the customers and answer the customer’s questions.
• Enter and pull orders as well as complete customer transactions.
• Compute sales prices and process the order.
• Keep up to date on current sales, promotions and policies regarding products, payments, exchanges, etc.

• Provide product demonstrations to customers when needed.
• Answer the store phone as required.

• Exceptional customer relations skills
• Knowledgeable in HVAC service/sales
• Basic computer skills, including but not limited to using order management software
• Able to handle multiple assignments at once

• Two years of industry experience
• Comfortable answering the phone and making calls on behalf of the company
• Able to lift at least 50lbs
