Our Sales Associates make $40,000 to $80,000 per year working 40-44 hours per week. No Experience Necessary – We have a Complete Paid Training Program with a Dedicated Trainer to support you on your journey to success.

This position works in our Ashley retail store located at 5157 W. Main St., Kalamazoo, MI 49009. Sales Associates are premier team members in the Highland River family in furniture and mattress sales, including the Highland River “Red Carpet Delivery” and product protection packages, and drive all facets of our business. The position requires someone who can translate customer visions into home furniture possibilities with our extensive furniture and mattress offerings through Ashley Furniture and mattress partners.

The role requires attention to detail in a fast-paced, multi-task retail environment.

• Uncapped Earning Potential - $40,000 to 80,000+ a year
