Join Mondelēz International as a Part‑time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays. Become an ambassador for world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Minimum age of 18 with a valid driver’s license.
• Positive, professional attitude; self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Comfortable with downloading and using work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Capable of performing hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs (occasionally over 50 lbs).
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location (Commerce, MI) or secondary locations (Northville, MI).
• Schedule availability:
  Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
• Start time: 06:00 AM – 08:00 AM.
