Length of contract is only approved for 16 weeks.

• Perform in an organized and timely manner
• Perform Cell Culture of Primary Cells and complete various Cell-Based Assays independently
• Perform high-throughput sample testing in an organized and timely manner
• Maintain excellent aseptic technique and ensure sterility/quality of cell culture and assay outcomes
• Work safely within BSL-2 laboratory environment
• Maintain electronic laboratory notebooks, prepare precise technical report summaries, any necessary analysis, and maintain appropriate documentation
• Basic Laboratory management, multitasking, and experimental troubleshooting

• Educational background:
  Master of Science degree or equivalent in a scientific discipline with emphasis in molecular and cell biology, immunology, or related disciplines, with three to five years of hands‑on experience or PhD with zero to 2 years of Postdoc experience
• Training and experience with Cell Culture (Primary Cells isolation, Mammalian Cell Culture, flow cytometry, RNAi, etc) is a must‑have
• Working knowledge of and/or skills in the cell biology field (pipetting, aseptic technique, preparing media, cell‑based assay work, etc)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfort working within a fast‑paced lab environment
• Ability to perform basic dilution and stoichiometric calculations
• Ability to work independently with ambiguity and as part of a team, self‑motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Attention to detail and good oral and written communication skills required
