Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader is a hands-on position, which allows full ownership in accomplishing the work in the field. Crew Leaders are also responsible for preparing equipment, directing, and developing.

• 1-2 years of professional landscape installation experience
• Experience with skid steer operation and other landscape-related equipment preferred
• Supervisory experience and leadership skills required for Crew Leader position
• Chauffeur's license or the ability to obtain one required for Crew Leader position
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Desire and ability to work with a team to accomplish goals
• Desire to grow and improve
• Well-developed time management skills
• Ability to bend, squat, and lift for extended periods of time
• Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period
