• Deliver skilled, compassionate nursing care while creating a safe and supportive environment for residents.
• Lead and mentor certified nursing assistants, follow individualized care plans, perform thorough assessments, and ensure accurate, timely documentation.
• Recognize and report changes in condition and help residents achieve their highest level of functioning through safe, evidence‑based nursing practices.
• Work closely with the Interdisciplinary Care Plan Team and families to develop, implement, and evaluate personalized plans of care.
• Foster strong teamwork, clear communication, and adherence to all care standards and regulations.
• Use clinical expertise to guide CNAs and ensure residents receive reliable, high‑quality, person‑centered care each and every day.

• Must be a registered nurse licensed in the state of Michigan.
• Unencumbered by any licensing or state violations.
• Must maintain the required Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
