American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position in Michigan requiring at least 2 years of MS/Tele experience and Epic proficiency.

• Acute care hospital Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Patient population includes pneumonia, heart failure, GI bleed, DKA, altered mental status (AMS), and sepsis
• Night shift nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5–6
• No LPNs on nights; charge nurse carries a reduced patient load when fully staffed but takes up to 6 patients when staffing is limited
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 36 hours per week with the option to pick up additional PRN hours
• Every other weekend required
• Floating required to like Med/Surg departments as needed
• No on-call responsibilities
• Epic EMR — experience required

• Active Michigan (MI) RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Epic EMR experience required

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply

• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are subject to a local pay rate
