As a Registered First Nurse Assistant, you are an important part of the operating room team. RNFAs are highly trained to both scrub and circulate. You'll take a hands‑on role during surgical procedures to control bleeding, suture incisions, and manage complications. First Nurse Assists must be able to stay calm under pressure and you’ll work as a collaborative part of the operating room team.
