What

you will be doing

12‑hour shifts, day shift or night shift available.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing direct, safe, and compassionate care to residents in a safe manner in accordance with the resident’s care plan and accurately recording care given.

  • Provide skilled nursing care to residents as directed by the interdisciplinary Care Plan Team using safe techniques
  • Collaborate effectively with the Interdisciplinary Care Plan Team and families to develop, implement, and review plans of care
  • Accurately document care provided in the residents’ medical records to reflect care rendered and report significant changes in the residents’ condition to the provider upon completion of the change of condition assessment
  • Assist residents in achieving and maintaining their highest level of functioning in accordance with the care plan

About You
  • Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the state of Michigan.
  • Unencumbered by any licensing or state violations.
  • Must maintain the required Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
