* Please ensure your traveler is aware and comfortable with the ratios. The ratios typically range between 1:5-6, however, with call-ins the ratios can move up to 1:7. We are actively onboarding new travelers on the unit each week to reduce the workload when there is a call-in. The unit is starting the hiring process for PCTs
