Compensation & Schedule
- $7,500 Sign‑On Bonus (Full Time)
- Full Time: 1st & 3rd Shifts
- Part Time: 3rd Shift
- PRN: 1st & 2nd Shifts
- Additional Pay: $3.40/hour Hero Pay
- 39‑Bed Facility
What You’ll Do
- Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care based on individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and perform treatments according to resident needs.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants.
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and clinical standards.
- Support residents with compassion, professionalism, and strong clinical judgment.
What You Bring
- Active RN license.
- Medication administration and IV certification.
- Strong knowledge of state rules and regulations.
- A passion for resident care and clinical excellence.
- Positive, dependable attendance and a team‑focused mindset.
