Salary Range: $47,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

• Perform various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
• Prepare materials for welding by cutting, grinding, and cleaning.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and schematics.
• Demonstrated understanding and adherence to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in a production welding role, preferably within manufacturing.
• Ability to inspect welds for quality and compliance with specifications.
• AWS certification or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience with robotic welding or automated welding systems.
• AWS D1.1 or other specialized welding certifications.
• Proficiency in interpreting complex blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and non‑destructive testing (NDT) methods.
