Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (e.g., engineering, production, supply chain) to execute projects.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues specific to manufacturing environments.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to all relevant stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to manufacturing processes or new product introduction.

• PMP certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies
• Proven experience leading projects within a manufacturing or industrial production environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control systems
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and project management software
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles for process improvement

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100)
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software
• Strong data analysis skills using tools like Power BI or Tableau
