Food Talent Solutions has partnered with a repeat food manufacturing client with a focus in the further processed meat sector outside of Detroit, Michigan to identify a Night Plant Manager due to growth.
This leadership role oversees night shift plant performance (4:00 PM – 2:00 AM) and directly oversees managers across Packaging, Operations & Sanitation. This position reports directly to the President, offering strong organizational visibility and clear opportunity for advancement.
