Machine Technician

This is a part-time to full-time, on-site role for a Machine Technician at our facility in Kalamazoo, MI. The Machine Technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing machinery, and ensuring all systems function efficiently. The role also includes collaborating with a team to ensure continuous operational success and adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Proficient in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance operations
• Experience with Machine Operation and an understanding of machinery functionality
• Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications in relevant fields are a plus
