- Assemble, finish, and package beautiful, high-quality outdoor furniture.
- Operate machinery and hand tools.
- Read engineering drawings and maintain documentation.
- Work with a close-knit team to hit production goals.
- Keep our shop clean, safe, and organized.

- Are reliable, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused.
- Take pride in producing high‑quality work.
- Are open to learning, growing, and even working a little overtime.

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer and math skills.
