Kalamazoo Metal Finishers has a great opportunity for Production Line Worker(s). The prime candidate(s) must be a "Team Player" by communicating and working well with others.

Job Summary: Responsible for the finishing of customers products within prescribed specifications and efficient machine operation.

• Adheres to standards of professionalism set by the Company. Functions as team member committed to quality in metal plating finishing.
• Sets up production machines daily according to established procedures.
• Operates production machines to produce finished goods in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Maintains cleanliness of equipment and work area throughout the work day. Documents line activities each day, as appropriate.
• Supports a culture of safe production and operations; follows all safety procedures.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including: standing, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, carrying, and reaching throughout the day; regular lifting and/or moving of up to 50 pounds; usage of fork-lifts is imperative.
• Must be able to tolerate being on feet and/or walking for long periods of time.
• Must function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and ability to work effectively with personnel and management.

• HS diploma/GED or 1-year related work experience in Warehouse, Manufacturing or General Labor, preferred.

• Fork-Truck Experience Preferred (training Available).

• Steel toe / composite slip resistant shoes.
