If you are looking for a FUN and AWESOME place to work, then look no more. Aqua Tots Swim Schools Portage is looking for an Aquatics Manager. Must be able to multitask, be extremely organized, manage a team, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $42,500+ per year Based on Experience

- Availability to rotate weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday and Sunday)
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Work alongside General Manager and Guest Service Manager to provide a positive work environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- 2 years swim experience
- 2 years management or leadership experience
Must be able to accommodate 37-40 hrs per week. Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 9:30am-8pm and we require 1 weekend day (Saturday and Sunday) with a shift from 8:30am-3:00pm that rotates weekly.

Position is salaried based on experience.
