WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead multiple commercial projects through all phases — from design and estimating to closeout.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and contracts, ensuring all goals are met safely and efficiently.
- Oversee projects across Design-Build, Industrial, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Transportation, and Office segments.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success and satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve design, construction, and logistical challenges proactively.
- Mentor and develop team members, including Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, and Superintendents.
- Ensure safety-first practices are consistently applied across all projects.
- Track project performance, manage change orders, and maintain accurate dashboards and financial updates.
- Champion company values, ethical standards, and inclusion in all interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction.
- Expertise in Design-Build and Industrial market segments, including Warehouse, Manufacturing, Transportation, or Office projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, estimating, and contract management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and teams.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Valid driver’s license.
