As a Full-Time Custodial Lead at Perfection Commercial Services Inc., you will set the standard for cleanliness and organization in various settings. On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to oversee a team of custodians, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include developing cleaning schedules, conducting regular inspections, and providing training to team members on best practices and safety protocols.

You will also serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, addressing any concerns or requests with empathy and professionalism.

Given the energetic culture of our company, you can anticipate collaborating closely with your team to find innovative solutions to challenges that may arise. Your expected schedule will be Sunday through Thursday, from 6 PM to 2 AM, allowing you to lead and inspire your team during the evening hours.
