Maintenance Technician (Greenspire Apartments)
Reports To: Maintenance II, Director of Properties
Starting Wage: $40,238 – $46,763 per year, adjusted for relevant education and experience.
FLSA Status: Non‑exempt
Compensation Provided By: Residential Opportunities Inc. (pay range: $40,238.00/yr – $46,763.00/yr, based on skills and experience)
Responsibility Overview:
- Repair and paint building interiors and exteriors at assigned locations.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned to assist with the general maintenance and upkeep of the properties.
- Implement responsibilities and other actions in accordance with ROI’s Core Values and Vision and Mission Statements.
- Perform general maintenance duties, including preventative maintenance items, as assigned.
- Bring all health and safety concerns to the immediate attention of the supervisor and/or relevant Coordinator/Program Director.

- Follow all personnel practices as required.
- Display responsible, conscientious behavior and use good judgment in decision making.
- Maintain the worksite, equipment, and vehicles to ROI standards.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all restricted information, data and distint reports.
- Complete all other tasks assigned by the Maintenance II or III staff, the Director of Properties or the CEO.
Qualifications: High School diploma or GED equivalent. Painting knowledge/skills required; general maintenance knowledge/skills preferred.
Requirements: Approved driver status as determined by ROI.
