Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a technical support or systems administration role Strong experience with Windows desktop and server operating systems Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and remote support tools Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
