RMA Operations Manager

A company is looking for an RMA Manager to oversee and scale global hardware failure, return, and replacement operations.

Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end RMA lifecycle for servers, networking, and storage hardware across global data centers Lead a global team of RMA Specialists and RMA Project Managers to achieve objectives Engage OEMs and hardware vendors to manage RMAs while enforcing SLAs and warranty terms Qualifications 5+ years of experience in hardware operations, RMA management, supply chain, or infrastructure operations Experience in large-scale cloud, data center, or GPU/bare metal environments Strong knowledge of server, GPU, and network hardware life cycles and warranty processes Proven experience working directly with OEMs Ability to operate cross-functionally with Procurement, Infrastructure Ops, Finance, and Engineering
