Mandatory

• Need to have experience with business Rules, Stored Procedures, and Optimizations.
• Strong experience with SQL Server 2012‑2014 and good knowledge of in‑memory functions.
• Hands‑on SQL Server development experience including DW schema design, implementation, and optimization.
• Strong experience with SQL Data modeling and designing the data marts for different sources of data.
• Advanced Data Modeling skills with SQL databases, including good skills in designing complex queries and stored procedures.
• Ability to move between high‑level architectural review/design and the ‘roll up the sleeves’ level of actually doing all phases of a solution delivery project.
• Strong working experience with SSIS, SSRS and/or SSAS.
• Experience with any of the following is a plus:
  Cloud IaaS/PaaS, Azure, Cloud Integration, etc.
• Responsible for performance tuning of database functions, SQL queries, and stored procedures to ensure scalability demands are satisfied.
• A deep understanding of, and experience using and explaining, all aspects of relational database design, multidimensional database design, OLTP, OLAP, KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Experience leading technical discussions on data warehouse appliance technology (hardware, software, database, storage).
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements, and translate requirements into reporting solutions, analytic tools, and dashboards.
• Develop solution patterns, data flow diagrams, data models, and architectural specifications.
• Integration experience with ETL (experience with SAP BODS is a plus).
• Understanding of Big Data and Hadoop ecosystems is a plus.
• Knowledge and work experience developing solutions using programming languages like Java, C++, Python is a plus.
• Experience in integration with analytical tools such as Tableau/Business Objects is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Data and Analytics and Agile Implementation lifecycle.
• Client‑centric mentality: reliable, professional, and exceeds expectations.
• Able to handle projects independently and manage client expectations and deliverables in a timely manner.
• Ability to lead a team of 3‑5 consultants and mentor junior consultants.
• Excellent organizational skills to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated skill at presenting complex development topics to technical and business users.
