Base Pay Range

$63,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kalamazoo, MI. The Customer Success Engineer will serve as a trusted technical resource, assisting customers with setup, implementation, ongoing support, and troubleshooting of Psych Assist.

AI's solutions. Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, providing high-quality customer support, maintaining network security standards, and ensuring smooth user experiences. The role includes direct communication with clients to understand and resolve their concerns while fostering customer satisfaction and success.

Qualifications
  • Technical support and troubleshooting expertise, including the ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Experience in customer support with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and ensuring a positive user experience.
  • Knowledge of network security principles and practices, including cybersecurity measures to ensure system integrity and data protection.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to address challenges in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering preferred.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms or healthcare technology solutions is a plus.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to customer success.
