This is an on-site, full-time role for an Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) based in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop personalized care plans, and implement therapeutic activities to address functional challenges in daily life. Responsibilities include working with individuals of all ages, especially children, to provide assessment, therapy, and support for rehabilitation and skill development.

Collaboration with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals is an integral part of the role.

• Proficiency in Occupational Therapy, rehabilitation techniques, and related practices
• Knowledgeable about pediatric care and ability to address the unique therapeutic needs of children
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals effectively
• Background in medicine or a related field is a plus
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to improving the well-being of clients
• Current Occupational Therapist or COTA licensure in the state of Michigan
• Experience in the field of occupational therapy is strongly preferred
