• Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to meet sales and customer service objectives for Cardiac Ablation Solutions
• Represent the employer during ablation procedures, offering troubleshooting and technical assistance
• Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on technical matters related to products and procedures
• Update sales representatives on procedures and notify Account Managers of issues requiring follow-up
• Promote the safe and effective use of products while collaborating with Account Managers to exceed sales goals

• High School diploma PLUS a minimum of 8 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP or Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field
• OR Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP or Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field
• OR Bachelor’s degree PLUS a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP or Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive approximately 75% of the time within the assigned territory
• Ability to interact with personal computers and perform physical tasks for an 8-hour day

• B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with experience in the cardiac field
• Proven track record with technical training assignments
• Experience in cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
• Preference for candidates with prior experience at the employer
• Completion of pacing school or similar training program
