Patient Resource Advocate – Kalamazoo, MI

Base pay range: $18.00/hr – $20.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).

As a Claim Aid Patient Resource Advocate, you will serve as an expert who supports individuals and families by determining eligibility and enrolling them in subsidized health care coverage.

• Administrative work experience and organizational expertise (Required)
• Customer service experience and a professional, positive demeanor (Valued)
• Problem solving and analytical skills (Valued)
• Experience following HIPAA regulations (Valued)
• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience valued (Education)
