Beacon Health System in Kalamazoo is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to join our dedicated team.
Responsibilities- Screen patients in crisis to assess their needs and level of care.
- Collaborate with providers to recommend appropriate next steps, including inpatient referral or discharge.
- Provide compassionate support to patients and families during high-stress situations.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care and smooth transitions.
