Salary Range: $63,000 - $96,000 depending on experience

• Develop and maintain financial models for product costing, profitability analysis, and investment appraisals.
• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for production costs and capital expenditures.
• Prepare detailed financial reports on plant performance, production efficiency, and inventory valuation.
• Evaluate capital expenditure requests, including ROI analysis for new equipment and facility upgrades.
• Monitor inventory levels and costs, identifying opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with operations teams to identify cost reduction opportunities and improve financial processes.

• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis using Excel.
• Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for financial data extraction and reporting.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles specific to manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for presenting complex financial information.
• Ability to analyze manufacturing costs, production efficiencies, and inventory valuation.

• Experience with major manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor)
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Understanding of supply chain finance or inventory management principles
• Prior exposure to advanced forecasting models or predictive analytics
