$124,000 - $173,000 depending on experience

• Manage all financial accounting, reporting, and general ledger operations.
• Oversee cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long‑range financial plans.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure processes.
• Lead the month‑end and year‑end close processes.

• Minimum 7‑10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3‑5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred.
• Expert proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Deep understanding of cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance analysis specific to manufacturing.
• Proven ability to prepare accurate financial statements, manage budgets, forecasts, and ensure GAAP compliance.

• Experience with ERP system implementation or optimization in a manufacturing environment (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) for financial modeling and insights.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles and their financial implications.
• Experience with international consolidations, multi‑currency transactions, and foreign exchange risk management.
