The Financial Analyst II provides financial analysis and decision support for Bronson Healthcare Group and its subsidiaries. This role partners with leadership and operational teams to support budgeting, financial reporting, contract compliance, and strategic initiatives. The analyst plays a key role in evaluating financial performance, supporting new services, and ensuring strong financial controls across the organization.

• Provide financial analysis and reporting for assigned departments and service lines
• Support the development and coordination of annual budgets and long-range financial plans
• Analyze general ledger accounts and investigate variances
• Evaluate contractual agreements for compliance and financial impact
• Prepare reimbursement and contract negotiation analyses
• Develop financial models, proformas, and asset valuations for new and existing services
• Support physician incentive plan analysis for Bronson Medical Group and hospital providers
• Assist leadership with evaluation of business objectives and operational initiatives
• Coordinate financial data for audits, surveys, and internal reviews
• Assess internal controls and recommend process improvements as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Access and Word preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and operational partners

• Six years of experience in general ledger accounting or financial analysis
• Six years of healthcare and/or physician practice experience

• Role requires sustained focus on detailed financial analysis and computer-based work
• Regular sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting of light objects required
