What You Will Do
Lead annual budgeting, quarterly projections, and monthly reporting for Global Procurement, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Review and challenge key financial indicators such as compensation, travel spend, and savings; present actionable insights to senior leadership.
Guide the annual Materials Standard Cost Roll process, ensuring compliance and delivering consolidated results with recommendations.
Drive cash flow and balance sheet optimization programs; present analytics and updates on initiatives to senior leadership.
Partner with procurement teams to assess optimization program benefits and provide updates that inform global strategy.
Produce and present accurate, high-quality metrics to monitor functional performance and financial objectives.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements across all international reporting regions.
Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to validate PPV numbers and support accurate financial reporting.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
Minimum 10 years of relevant finance experience.
CPA or MBA preferred
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Hyperion, Oracle)
Experience in global procurement finance or manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with investment appraisal methodologies and capital expenditure business cases.
The ideal candidate would be a commutable distance from a major Stryker location.
$118,000- $236,000 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
