About the Opportunity

We’ve partnered with a growing aerospace and medical manufacturer seeking a Senior CNC Programmer / Process Engineer specializing in Mill/Turn and multi-axis machining.

This is a high-level technical role focused on complex components requiring advanced process engineering and multi-tasking machine expertise.

If you thrive on building highly efficient, stable machining processes for complex geometries — and you enjoy owning the entire workflow from CAM strategy to production — this is a strong next step.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Program and develop Mill/Turn multi-axis processes using Esprit (or similar CAD/CAM)
  • Optimize live tooling, turning, and milling integration
  • Engineer stable machining processes for complex aerospace/medical components
  • Reduce scrap and improve cycle times
  • Support vertical milling programming when needed

Select tooling, fixturing, and advanced machining strategies
  • Collaborate with quality and production teams to meet strict industry standards
  • Train and mentor operators on process execution
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years programming Mill/Turn multi-tasking machines
  • Strong Esprit or advanced CAD/CAM experience
  • Deep understanding of turning + milling integration
  • Blueprint reading and GD&T expertise
  • Experience with stainless, super alloys, or tight-tolerance parts
  • Aerospace and/or medical manufacturing background preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and continuous improvement mindset
