Descrizione del ruoloSiamo alla ricerca di una figura per l’Area Acquisti per la sede di Nerviano (MI).
La persona supporterà le attività di approvvigionamento materiali, gestione fornitori e supporto operativo ai reparti interni.
Il ruolo è ideale per una figura organizzata, precisa e con buone capacità di negoziazione.
Responsabilità principali- Preparazione e gestione ordini di acquisto
- Contatto con fornitori italiani ed esteri
- Supporto amministrativo alle attività dell’ufficio acquisti
- Monitoraggio consegne e sollecito fornitori
- Aggiornamento database fornitori e archivi
- Supporto operativo ai reparti interni
- Esperienza, anche minima, in ufficio acquisti o ruolo analogo
- Buone capacità comunicative e organizzative
- Conoscenza strumenti Office (in particolare Excel)
- Precisione e affidabilità
- Esperienza nel settore tecnico/industriale
- Conoscenza software gestionali
- Capacità di negoziazione con fornitori
- Contratto con possibilità di stabilizzazione
- Ambiente professionale e strutturato
- Formazione continua
- Opportunità di crescita
