• A Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, Biology, or related subject
• Patience & Empathy: ability to support students who learn differently
• A genuine passion for teaching
• Proficiency with G-Suite and Learning Management Software (LMS)
• Ability to provide fingerprints (AZ, WA only) and pass a federal background check

• A teaching certification (nice to have but not required)
• Advanced degree in a specific subject area
• Previous one-to-one teaching experience
