That’s a fancy way to say we sell and ship mobile phone accessories like cases, screen protectors, keyboards, and more. OurCustomer Care Representativesare the voice of our business. This position consists of assisting our customers with issues and directing their call. Training for this position is at our Kalamazoo operation over a two-week period where attendance is crucial.

We offer Customer Care Representatives:

• Starting pay of $17 per hour
• Schedule of either 9am-6pm
• $200referral bonus when you refer a friend

Requirements for this position:

• Our applicants should possess these soft skills:
  Critical thinking, detail-oriented, well-organized, persistent, and following an issue through to completion
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Top-level communication and customer service skills (experience a plus)
• Ability to type 25 words per minute
• Ability to train over a two-week period with no absences
• Can deal with difficult situations and people while exhibiting empathy and professionalism
