In this role you will be based in the Gladwin office where you will have the opportunity to estimate on a variety of commercial construction projects as well as to join a company as they look to expand further while keeping their family feel.

Your responsibilities will include analyze drawings and specs, preparing project estimates and pricing for materials and labor whilst being client focussed and communicating with the clients established level of service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial construction estimating and be motivated by progression.

• Maintain and reach the Bid-to-Win ratio aligned with division goals
• Lead and take charge on projects estimating and budgeting phases
• Assist with project managers to update and maintain project budgets

• Previous experience as a commercial GC estimator
• Motivated by progression, learning and training
• Effective communication skills and time management to maintain up to date data through project phases and divisions.

The salary advertised is the bracket available for this position. The actual salary paid will be dependent on your level of experience, qualifications and skill set.
