Established General Contractors are seeking Superintendents to lead field operations on ground-up commercial and light industrial construction projects.
Responsibilities- Manage daily jobsite operations including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, and safety.
- Oversee field execution to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and stakeholders to resolve field issues and maintain progress.
- Maintain daily reports and project documentation.
- 5+ years of superintendent experience on ground-up commercial or light industrial construction.
- Experience with complex commercial or industrial facilities preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and field coordination.
- Ability to lead multiple trades in an active construction environment.
- Willingness to travel.
