Position Summary
The Practice Administration Contract Analyst provides professional and administrative support to Bronson Medical Group Practice Administration. Working with minimal supervision, this role supports provider onboarding and offboarding, manages provider employment agreements, processes compensation changes and payments, and maintains accurate provider and practice data across multiple platforms. The analyst also provides administrative support to Practice Operations and Clinical Practice leaders and plays a key role in ensuring contract compliance, data accuracy, and timely processing of provider-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and termination of employed providers
- Review provider employment agreements and amendments and enter financial terms and due dates into contract management systems
- Maintain accurate provider and practice demographic data and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Process provider FTE changes, salary adjustments, and one-time payments in Workday
- Manage approval and tracking of provider CME travel and training expenses
- Ensure contract and compensation milestones are completed on time per employment agreement terms
- Manage provider stipend payments and sign-on bonus paybacks
- Maintain electronic provider employment files related to compensation, incentives, and performance
- Audit reports and centralized platforms to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases for tracking, reporting, and analysis
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership
- Provide administrative support to multiple directors, including calendar management, meeting coordination, project support, and vendor outreach
- Assist with department projects and initiatives as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Workday
- Demonstrated ability to analyze contracts and financial data
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, or related field
- Prior experience in compensation, contract management, or healthcare administration
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Effective interpersonal skills for working with executives, physicians, and operational leaders
