Vendor Payables Reconciliation Analyst

Does this sound like your kind of work?

• Review and code a steady stream of invoices with accuracy.
• Three-way match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices without breaking a sweat.
• Manage weekly check runs and initiate ACH, wire, and other electronic payments.
• Resolve vendor inquiries and payment discrepancies quickly and professionally.
• Reconcile vendor statements and chase down outstanding items.
• Assist with month-end accruals and AP aging reports.
• Maintain tight documentation and follow internal controls.
• Partner with procurement and other teams to eliminate invoice or PO issues.
• Support audits by supplying clear documentation and explanations.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience welcomed.
• 2+ years in accounts payable or a similar accounting capacity.
• Strong command of general accounting principles and AP best practices.
• Tech confidence—you adapt quickly to systems and tools.
• Excel capability with data sorting and filtering.
• Accuracy, meticulous attention to detail, and organized work habits.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear communication and collaborative interpersonal skills.

• Experience with ERP platforms and automated AP workflows.
• Know-how with 1099 processing and sales tax compliance.
• Exposure to high-volume, multi-entity organizations.

Compensation: $45-50k depending on experience level.
