Loss Prevention Specialist

Position

Purpose:

The Loss Prevention Specialist plays a crucial role in safeguarding the company’s assets by preventing theft and fraud. In this position, you will actively support safety and compliance programs across your assigned store(s). Using a variety of tools and strategies, you’ll work to minimize losses by identifying theft incidents, reviewing CCTV footage, monitoring physical security, executing audits on Electronic Article Surveillance systems, and fostering a culture aimed at reducing shrink.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing comprehensive case reports that document apprehensions and recoveries.
• Preserving evidence related to theft and fraud incidents.
• Collaborating with law enforcement as needed and providing testimony in criminal or civil court cases.
• Reporting hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty.
• Executing job duties in a safe manner to protect associates, customers, and the company.
• Maintaining integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Addressing asset protection and operational concerns effectively while focusing on achieving the store’s business objectives.

Pay Range: $23.50
