Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with nursing staff, facilities, and local responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site and shift.;
Monitor access points and public areas, help to deter unauthorized entry, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or policy violations through proper channels.;
Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, support visitor management and way finding, and assist with patient watch and/or standby assignments as directed by site procedures.
