Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to airport visitors and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, curbside areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or policy violations;
Monitor access points and controlled areas by observing pedestrian and vehicle traffic, checking identification and/or credentials when assigned, and reporting access concerns;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with crowd management, disturbances, and/or medical calls until additional resources arrive;
Document and report patrol activity, incidents, and unusual conditions using written logs and/or electronic reporting systems, and communicate updates to site leadership and local authorities as required
