** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a healthcare environment.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to maintain a secure environment for patients, visitors, and employees.

+ Assist with emergency response activities as needed, including supporting evacuation procedures and coordinating with first responders.

+ Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to company and client guidelines.

+ Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and the public while representing Allied Universal at the location.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
