The role focuses on driving sales of Outrigger’s high-end VIP membership, delivering exceptional customer service, and building lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Membership Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the success of our business and will be expected to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a strong customer base through exceptional customer service and relationship building.
• Drive sales of high-end VIP membership and build lasting client relationships.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve sales targets.
• Proven sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create lasting relationships with clients.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

• $61,000-$68,000, with potential for adjustment based on factors such as an applicant’s skills, experience and/or education.
