• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and staying knowledgeable about assortment and brand offerings.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort and move freight, set visual presentations, and maintain product availability.
• Remerchandise presentations as they sell through and support price change processes.
• Provide excellent guest service, including helping with questions, fitting rooms, and purchases.
• Work in a safe and compliant manner, following all safety policies and procedures.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate effectively, work independently and as a team, and resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capable of lifting and moving merchandise, working in varying temperatures, and being mobile for the duration of a shift.
