• Able to follow instructions
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in assigned duties, including sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning spills, restrooms, offices, sidewalks, pathways, window sills, railings, stairways, parking lots, removing bird droppings and cleaning and wiping down surfaces
• Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces
• Restock cleaning supplies as needed
• Empty trash receptacles, wastebaskets, and recyclables, disposing of them in designated areas
• Multi-task and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Adhere to safety procedures at all times
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism and customer service
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, co-workers, vendors, and property managers
• Report safety issues or building problems (e.g., burnt light bulbs)
• Notify the appropriate employee regarding needed supplies and equipment for cleaning duties
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor or property manager

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Must pass a background check
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, but willing to train enthusiastic candidates
• Strong public relations and communication skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Capable of performing basic manual labor, including: cleaning common areas, frequently lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying a minimum of 30 lbs (up to 50 lbs), reaching overhead, grasping objects, bending, kneeling, crawling, squatting, climbing, stretching, walking, and standing throughout shifts
• Experience operating various cleaning machinery (e.g., leaf blower, power washer, floor scrubber) is preferred but not necessary

• Sunday, Monday, Wednesday: 12 PM to 8:30 PM
• Thursday and Saturday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• (5 days, 40 hours per week) Days off:
  Tuesday and Friday

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
